  How to use the webshop
  1. Check out the available products. Read the descriptions or click on the pictures to get a closer look.
  2. Choose one or more products by typing a number in the 'Quantity'-field. If a 'Size'-button is displayed, choose available size of your choice.
  3. Select your region in the bottom of the list, by clicking one of the three options available. This is to find out what postal handling fee you have to pay. (Please notice that you don't save money by cheating and clicking a cheaper destination than your own. After all you don't want us to ship your order to the wrong country.) The handling fee covers as many products as you wish to buy at a time.
  4. When you're all set, click the 'Order'-button.
  5. Fill in your name, delivery-address, email-address and choose what kind of card you will be using (Dankort, Visa or EuroCard/MasterCard). Then click the "Continue" button (the information will be transferred securely (by SSL)).
    Please note: You can ONLY pay by one of the aforementioned credit cards. NO cheques, giro, cash or moneyorders. Sorry. In case you do NOT have a credit card, borrow one from a good friend, and pay her/him your cash.


  6. Review the order summary to be sure that the order is correct, then enter your creditcard information.
  7. Click 'Order' to send your order (the information will be transferred securely (by SSL)). You will receive a confirmation by email shortly after.




Refund notice

If you want something different from what you ordered or a refund, you'll have to react within 14 days after you received your package. You'll have to cover the postage and all other associated costs yourself!

Please notice

If the package is damaged when the postman delivers it, either refuse to receive the package or get a document saying it was damaged in transit! Otherwise the postal-service won't pay for the damage done!
